Experience one of Morocco’s most breathtaking natural sites with our Marrakech Ouzoud Waterfalls excursion. Located approximately 150 km from Marrakech, the Ouzoud waterfalls reach nearly 100 meters in height and create a nearly permanent rainbow thanks to their powerful water flow.
Situated at 1060 meters above sea level in the Middle Atlas Mountains, Ouzoud is one of the most popular nature day trips from Marrakech.
Pick-up from your accommodation at 09:00. You will then head toward Fez, passing through the town of Sidi Rahal.
Along the way, you will cross Morocco’s largest olive groves as well as apricot and fig fields.
Upon arrival, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the waterfalls and the rainbow they generate almost permanently.
Possibility to have lunch facing the waterfalls at one of the local restaurants.
You will descend the waterfalls through a hiking trail where you may encounter the famous Atlas macaques in their natural habitat.
If weather conditions allow, you may swim in the fresh waters at the base of the waterfalls.
Return to Marrakech in the late afternoon with arrival expected around 17:30.
